Transferring Current Clients to Zaya

To expedite the process of adding all of your current clients to the Zaya platform, you may send a file with this information (format options .csv or .xlsx) to support@zayacare.com


1. You can make a custom file with your client information. The file must include:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Phone Number


Optional: If you have their insurance information, you may include:

  • DOB
  • Insurance Carrier
  • Member ID


2. You can download a patient list from your EMR:


Once a client is added, we'll send an email to ask them to verify their account, add insurance information (as applicable), and acknowledge our Terms and Conditions.
