The portal allows you to manage your schedule and availability, view incoming appointment requests, and more. Going forward, you’ll still be in full control of your availability and which clients you accept, but the portal will make it easier to secure Zaya booking requests that work with your schedule and preferences.



Activating your account



  1. Verify your email address This very first step begins when Zaya emails you a verification request to initiate account setup. Upon receiving the request, simply click the VERIFY MY EMAIL button.


  1. Access your account –Successful email verification will trigger a second welcome email, subject line: “Next Steps: Activating your Zaya Account”  

    From this email, the ACCESS MY ACCOUNT button will direct to Zaya’s Practitioner Portal log inOn your first visit, select “Forgot Password?” to prompt a password reset.


  1. Set your password -You will receive a password reset email; use the SET MY PASSWORD button and follow the prompts to create a new password for your Practitioner Portal account.  


Reminder:


  • Your username is the email address that you submitted to Zaya

  • Your email is set the first time you log into the portal
