Managing Client Communications: Enabling & Disabling Appointment Notifications

If you use an EHR in addition to Zaya, you can choose to disable Zaya’s appointment notifications for your clients so they don't get repetitive information.


  1. Under the Scheduling tab on the Settings page, go to Client notifications
  2. Select which emails you want to enable or disable. Once you press Save, this change will apply to all your clients.




Email templates:


  • Appointment scheduled

  • Appointment reminder

  • Appointment update
