How it works
Refer a practice to Zaya and earn $300 when they sign on. The practice must meet Zaya’s qualification criteria — including factors such as size, location, and readiness— and complete the contracting process. Not every referral will be a fit, and that’s fine. We’re focused on practices that can thrive within the Zaya model.
