You can track the status of each claim directly from the Zaya Portal "Claims" page:
The following table outlines the status definitions and where to locate payments.
Status | Definition | Where do I find the Payment? |

![]() | The claim has been created and is awaiting review by the payer. Note: Submitted HCFA (claim) files will take up to one week to process and show on the Claims page. | N/A - the claim is in process, therefore no payment information is available. |
![]() | The claim has been reviewed by the payer and either paid, partially paid, or denied. You can review the details of the claim and how the payer adjudicated the claim by selecting "View Remit" under "Action". | Navigate to the Payouts Section within the Portal |
![]() | Claims submitted before March 14, 2025, are labeled as "Historic".
