  • Write your "I help” statement 

    • I help [XYZ people] with [XYZ problem] by [XYZ specialty or methodology]

    • For example: I help women have a healthy pregnancy through one-on-one nutrition counseling

  • Put your "I help statement" and link to Zaya profile in your social media bio


Announce that You Accept Insurance


Commit to Consistent Posting Schedule

  • As much as possible, try and stick to a consistent number of posts per week. This creates the habit for you. Posting consistently also helps to build an audience and get more followers. 

  • Start with posting at least twice a week and increase the number of posts over time! 

  • Make sure to include a few hashtags that represent your content.
