How do I get paid?
When joining Zaya, our providers complete an ACH authorization form. This allows Zaya to pay you via direct deposit, and Zaya payments will appear in your bank account.
What am I paid?
Zaya's tiered, unit-based payment structure is designed to foster the growth and success of your private practice. Please refer to your contract for your rate card.
How the Tiered System Works
- Unit-Based Payment: Your earnings correlate directly with the units of care you provide to your clients. The more time invested in client care over a given period, the higher your potential earnings.
- 3 Payment Tiers: The structure comprises three tiers – Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier represents different earning potential, with Gold offering the highest rate per unit.
- Progression Through Tiers: Your placement in a tier is determined by the number of appointment units you bill over a three-month time period. Achieving set thresholds of billed units allows you to advance to higher tiers, increasing your earnings per unit. You can find details on the thresholds in your rate card.
Here's a video explaining more!
Details of Each Tier
- Bronze Tier: This foundational tier offers competitive per unit earnings, suitable for building and maintaining your practice.
- Silver Tier: Progressing to the Silver tier means increased rates per unit, reflecting a growing practice with a higher volume of units billed.
- Gold Tier: The Gold tier signifies the pinnacle of your success, rewarding you with the highest rates per unit for your substantial volume and quality of care.
