Check your In-network status

You can decide which insurance carriers you'd like to accept and thus enroll with through Zaya. Any enrollment preference applies to all the providers under your practice. You can view each provider’s enrollment status and the effective date of their In-network status. This is updated every 24 hours.


Where to find it


In your portal, navigate to the "Admin" page. Hereunder, you'll find a list of your providers under the Enrollments section.

The table lists the enrollment status for each provider associated with your practice under Zaya. 


What the Enrollment Status means

  • Not Enrolled – your practice is not enrolled with this insurance

  • Pending – The enrollment for this provider is in progress with the insurance

  • In-network – The provider is enrolled and able to submit claims.

  • Terminated – Provider removed from enrollments at your request.



How can I make changes to the providers I enrolled under Zaya?

You can add new providers or terminate existing providers by filling out this form and emailing it to credentialing@zayacare.com


If you believe a provider should appear but doesn’t, email our credentialing team and include:

  • Provider name

  • NPI

  • Insurance in question
