View Claim Status

You can track the status of each claim directly from the Claims page:

Status	Definition
	The claim has been created and is awaiting review by the payer. Note: Submitted HCFA (claim) files will take up to one week to process and show on the Claims page
	The claim has been reviewed by the payer and either paid, partially paid, or denied. You can review the details of the claim and how the payer adjudicated the claim by selecting "View Remit" under "Action".
	Claims submitted before March 14, 2025, are labeled as "Historic". These claims have claim numbers that do not match the remits therefore they will not automatically link in the system to reflect the adjudication status from the payer. If the claim was adjudicated before April 2025, the outcome is available in your Practice Receipt Google Sheet. If the claim was adjudicated April 2025 or later, you can find the outcome on the Payouts page.
