Payment Schedule

Zaya pays your practice on a weekly basis. 

Practices are paid only for claims that insurance has reimbursed. If a claim is denied, neither Zaya nor the practice earns any payment. Zaya takes a 15% fee from the allowed amount, and the practice receives the rest, minus any patient responsibility, which the practice collects directly. Payments are issued every Wednesday for all ERAs received by Friday the previous week. 

Note: Effective October 10th, Zaya will temporarily waive its fee for Anthem and United/Oxford claims. This means that practices will receive the full amount reimbursed by the payer.

How does my practice get paid?

When joining Zaya, practices complete an ACH authorization form. This allows Zaya to send payment via direct deposit. 

Please note that processing times vary for each bank and payments can take 1-2 business days before you see it in your bank account.
