Zaya providers typically hold sessions that are 45-90 minutes in length, depending on the  needs of each client. These session durations serve as a powerful tool in delivering superior quality care and fostering deeper connections, ensuring that care is never rushed.

Standard appointment lengths:

Initials 75-90 minutes

Follow-ups 45-60 minutes

How? To maximize the effectiveness of your sessions, consider implementing the following strategies:

  • Goal Setting: Collaboratively set realistic and achievable short- and long-term goals aligned with your client's aspirations.

  • Meal Planning & Other Tailored Solutions: Develop more personalized and sustainable strategies tailored to each individual's lifestyle and preferences, allow for time to create and find new recipes for them during the session

  • Behavioral Analysis & Journal Review: Dedicate time to review your client’s food logs and journals, exploring underlying behaviors, triggers, and patterns contributing to dietary habits

  • Education & Skill Building: Provide in-depth education on nutrition, lifestyle modifications, and behavioral change techniques and teach practical skills such as label reading, and mindful eating techniques

  • Follow-up Planning: Devote time to comprehensive follow-up planning, including scheduling subsequent sessions and setting interim checkpoints
