Set Up and Charge Cancellation Fee

This feature makes it easier for our providers to charge a cancellation fee through the portal! See below for step-by-step instructions. If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to reach out to support@zayacare.com.



Step 1: Sign into your portal and navigate to Settings


Step 2: Find Cancellation Policy to enable


Step 3: Set the fee amount




Step 4: Cancel the appointment

Find the relevant appointment and use the Cancel appointment to select the appropriate reason - late cancellation or no-show.




Step 5: Charge the cancellation fee






Payment Details

  • Cancellation fees will be added to biweekly payouts.
  • Cancellation fees will incur a processing fee of 2.9%, plus $0.30 per charge.
