Summary
You can now view each provider’s in network status and start date by payer in the Credentialing section of the Admin page. This is updated nightly based on enrollment records.
Where to Find It
Log into the Zaya Portal
Go to the Admin page
Scroll to the new section called Credentialing
You’ll see a table listing:
Provider name
NPI
Payer
Effective Date
Providers not yet confirmed as in-network will not appear in this section
What If I Don’t See a Provider Listed?
If a provider is missing from the Credentialing section:
They may not be fully credentialed with the payer yet
The payer may not have confirmed the INN effective date
If you believe a provider should appear but doesn’t, contact credentialing@zayacare.com and include:
Provider name
NPI
Payer in question
