If you're no longer actively working with a client, consider archiving them to remove them from your active client list. This will help to keep your clients better organized within Zaya.
Archive a client
- From the Clients page, select the client you want to archive.
- On the clients panel, press Archive, select a reason, and confirm your action.
- An archived client can only be viewed under the Archived tab
View archived clients
To view archived clients, navigate to the Clients page. Archived clients will display under the Archived tab and won't appear under the other tabs on the Client page.
What happens when a client is archived
You will still have full access to their information, and can always unarchive / activate them. These clients are not deleted permanently and clients do not know they have been archived.
Archiving a client will:
- Remove them from the All, Needs Initial, Needs Follow Up and Scheduled tabs
- Remove them from the Client dropdown on the scheduling panel
- Cancel any upcoming or pending appointments that have already been scheduled
How to unarchive / activate a client
Clients can be unarchived / activated in two ways:
- If a client books a new appointment with the provider
- If a provider activates the client from the Archived tab
